Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and shrink wrap (if applicable).
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
